Bold, Hot or exotic. Not sure which is correct when describing the facelift we gave to this large space around the barn's decks.
In addition to moving clumps into scattered drifts of existing plants we added the following:

Leucadendron 'Safari Sunset'
Leucadendron salignum 'Chief'
Limonium perezii
Senecio glastifolius
Calluna vulgaris 'Fort Bragg'
Cerinthe major purpurescens
Agonis flexuosa 'Jervis Bay After Dark'
Calluna vulgaris 'Spring Touch'
Fabiana imbricata 'Violaceae'
Iris douglasiana
Tritonia disticha
